About the role
The Engineering Support professional will oversee all maintenance activities for assigned accounts and local teams. This role acts as the primary point of contact for logged cases, prepares proposals, and ensures smooth execution of work orders while driving team productivity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support for maintenance services and handle case logging.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions for maintenance requests.
- Plan and coordinate manpower deployment for job execution, including site visits and permit arrangements.
- Monitor progress of work orders, source and procure required materials, and liaise with freight forwarders and suppliers.
- Maintain daily updates in NetSuite, generate monthly reports, and attend client meetings as needed.
- Support key account management and contribute to departmental revenue growth.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT.
- 3‑4 years of experience in security services companies.
- Strong project coordination and key account management abilities.
- Very good command of English.
