Engineering Technician – Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Engineering Technician to join the engineering team at Zabeel House The Greens, a vibrant lifestyle hotel in Dubai. The role involves maintaining and overseeing a wide range of technical systems that keep the property and its surrounding marina operating smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Control and maintain sewage, water, and electrical power systems across the hotel and marina.
• Manage building infrastructure, roads, pontoons, pedestals, and all lighting systems.
• Oversee pump‑out systems, access gates, fire protection equipment, and other technical installations.
• Ensure proper operation of forced seawater circulation, sanitary facilities, substations, pump stations, sewage cleaners, water tanks, parking areas, coastal zones, and piers.

Required profile

• Technical background with experience in building and marine system maintenance.
• Ability to work on diverse engineering equipment in a hospitality environment.
