About the role
We are seeking an outstanding English Teacher to join GEMS Wellington Academy, Al Khail, starting in August 2026. The role involves delivering the British curriculum to GCSE and A‑Level students and contributing to a high‑performing, evidence‑informed teaching environment.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Hold a B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE or equivalent qualification in secondary teaching.
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience with the National Curriculum of England.
- Proven track record of outstanding teaching and learning outcomes.
- Experience teaching British curriculum across KS3‑5 (GCSE and A‑Level).
- Exceptional subject knowledge and ability to work within a high‑performing teaching team.
