English Teacher (GST/SEA) - Online School

About the role

Inspired Education is recruiting an English teacher for its online school, King's InterHigh, to teach English up to Year 13. The position is based in the UAE and is fully remote, though candidates must be willing to work from the UAE and a hybrid model may be used occasionally. Teaching starts at 5am UAE time (GST) and finishes around 1.30pm, with possible earlier or later hours on some days. The class is made up mainly of students from Southeast Asia, the Middle East and the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality online lessons that motivate students and support strong learning outcomes.
• Monitor student progress, assess achievement and give timely feedback and reports.
• Support students' academic development and wellbeing through guidance and encouragement.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and stakeholders.
• Take part in team meetings, professional development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Undertake additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Experience working in a school or college setting, with a strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to build positive relationships with students and stakeholders.
• A collaborative, flexible and proactive approach, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Priority given to candidates already based in the region or with experience living in the UAE.

Required skills

• Proficiency with technology and online teaching platforms.
• Ability to create, adapt and enhance learning resources.

What we offer

• Fixed-term contract of 2 years, full-time, starting December 2026.
• Basic salary between 165,000 and 185,000 AED per year.
• International package including flights, housing, utilities and medical.
