Required profile

• Bachelor of Education or a Bachelor's degree with PGCE / PGDE (or equivalent)
• Proven experience teaching English to GCSE level
• Exemplary teaching practice and a passion for continuous improvement
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with colleagues, students and parents
• Eagerness to contribute to the school community through extra-curricular and community initiatives
