ENT Consultant – Patient‑Centric Specialist

About the role

The ENT Consultant will deliver patient‑centric, evidence‑based specialist care within Mediclinic Parkview Hospital. You will uphold the highest ethical and professional standards while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, high‑quality clinical services to ENT patients in an efficient manner.
• Monitor and manage clinical risks associated with direct patient care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, quality management standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records.
• Support continuous professional development for yourself and junior colleagues.
• Facilitate clinical clerkship training for medical students and junior staff.

Required profile

• Basic medical degree with a recognised fellowship or diploma in ENT, approved by UAE healthcare authorities.
• Specialty certification and registration recognised by the UAE regulator.
• 3–5 years post‑qualification experience at Consultant level (independent of country).
• Active, valid life‑support certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, NRP).
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Required skills

• Proficiency with an electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Life‑support certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, NRP.
• Knowledge of clinical audit standards and processes.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
