ENT Consultant - UAE

About the role

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the UAE is expanding its advanced ear, nose, throat, head and neck outpatient and surgical services and is seeking a highly skilled ENT Consultant to join its clinical team. The role suits internationally trained clinicians looking for career advancement, strong clinical exposure and a modern, quality-driven environment serving a diverse international patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat adult and pediatric ENT conditions, including sinus disease, ear disorders, voice problems and airway complaints.
• Perform ENT procedures such as endoscopy, myringotomy, tonsillectomy, septoplasty and FESS according to scope.
• Manage emergencies such as epistaxis, airway compromise, foreign bodies and acute infections.
• Collaborate with audiology, speech therapy, pediatrics, oncology and radiology teams for integrated care.
• Counsel patients on surgical options, risks, recovery and long-term management.
• Maintain compliance with surgical safety, consent, documentation and infection control standards.

Required profile

• Recognised specialist qualification such as ABOS, UK CCT / FRCS ENT, European Board or national specialist certification, Royal College (Canada), Australian FRACS, Arab Board, or MS / DNB / FCPS or equivalent.
• Candidates from the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, India, the Middle East, Africa and South America, subject to UAE licensing and facility credentialing.
• Strong clinical judgement, evidence-based practice and patient safety; excellent communication with diverse patients and teams.
• Ability to adapt to UAE healthcare regulations, documentation standards and hospital governance.
