About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to define, design, and govern enterprise‑wide technology architecture aligned with business objectives in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

Define and maintain architecture strategies, roadmaps, principles, standards and reference architectures.
Apply TOGAF and enterprise architecture methodologies to guide development and governance.
Design and oversee CRM and ERP solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing applications.
Define API‑led integration strategies, lifecycle governance, security, versioning and monitoring.
Develop cloud architecture strategies across AWS, Azure and/or GCP, including migration, modernization and multi‑cloud approaches.
Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, availability, performance, compliance and business continuity requirements.
Collaborate with CRM, ERP, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data and application development teams.

Required profile

12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, cloud, API management and integration.
Strong expertise in TOGAF, CRM/ERP platforms and enterprise‑wide technology governance.

Required skills

TOGAF ADM, ArchiMate (optional)
CRM platforms: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion Cloud
ERP platforms: SAP ERP, Oracle ERP Cloud
API Management: MuleSoft Anypoint, Apigee, Azure API Management, AWS API Gateway, Kong
API technologies: REST, SOAP, OpenAPI/Swagger, GraphQL, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT
Cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform
Integration patterns: microservices, event‑driven architecture, message brokers, middleware
Containers, Kubernetes, serverless, Infrastructure as Code, DevSecOps
