Lead AI & Automation Engineer

About the role

Azizi Developments is seeking a Lead AI & Automation Engineer to design, build, and deploy generative and agentic AI solutions that support business decisions and automate processes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prototype and launch AI solutions using Azure Open AI, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio and Claude.
• Develop AI agents for analysis, predictions, recommendations and task automation.
• Build Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) tools that answer queries from corporate documents in English and Arabic with source references.
• Automate end‑to‑end business processes with RPA and low‑code platforms such as Power Automate or UiPath.
• Integrate AI solutions with ERP, CRM, CAFM, Microsoft 365 and other real‑estate systems via APIs and MCP standards.
• Apply security, governance and ML/LLM Ops practices, including role‑based access, data privacy and version control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science or a related field.
• Experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions in a corporate environment.
• Ability to work closely with business users, support testing and resolve post‑go‑live issues.

Required skills

• Azure Open AI, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude.
• RPA platforms (Power Automate, UiPath) and low‑code development.
• API integration, ERP/CRM/CAFM systems, Microsoft 365.
• ML Ops / LLM Ops, version control and documentation.
