Enterprise Blockchain Architect

About the role

This is a senior architect position focused on enterprise blockchain, digital assets and distributed ledger technology (DLT). The role covers designing and delivering secure, scalable, enterprise-grade DLT solutions, with a strong emphasis on security, wallet and custody architecture, and delivery of solution and technical designs.

Required profile

• 10+ years of overall technology experience, including at least 5+ years in blockchain / DLT / digital asset technologies
• Proven experience designing and delivering secure, scalable, enterprise-grade DLT solutions
• Experience in banking, financial services, fintech or other regulated environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline; master's degree is an advantage
• Relevant blockchain certifications preferred; cloud and security certifications are a plus

Required skills

• Strong hands-on experience in enterprise blockchain architecture and implementation, especially Hyperledger Fabric
• Smart contract design and development, tokenization frameworks, wallet and custody architecture, key management, and on-chain / off-chain integration
• Consensus mechanisms, node architectures, and security controls for DLT solutions
• Creating solution architecture documents, technical design specifications, integration and deployment models, vendor evaluation inputs, and supporting PoCs, workshops, design governance and implementation planning
• Understanding of MPCHSM, private key management, transaction signing workflows, institutional wallet controls, multi-level approvals, disaster recovery and operational resilience
• Preferred: enterprise tokenization platforms, privacy and permissioning models, cloud deployment of blockchain solutions, DevSecOps and CI/CD for blockchain, and knowledge of financial transaction controls, reconciliation and audit requirements
