Entry-Level Commis I – Hotel Kitchen

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes in line with established recipes and standards.
• Support the kitchen team in delivering exceptional food quality and service.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of food products.
• Assist in maintaining stock levels and minimizing wastage.
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Consistently deliver dishes that exceed guest expectations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Commis I or similar role in a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of International Cuisine.
• Good understanding of HACCP principles and food safety standards.
• Knowledge of Basic Food Hygiene practices.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• A positive attitude and passion for culinary excellence.
