Entry-Level IT Specialist – Odoo Focus

About the role

We are seeking an entry‑level Information Technology Specialist to join our fast‑growing real‑estate team in Dubai. The role is hands‑on, focused on supporting our Odoo ERP/CRM platform and the day‑to‑day IT environment, offering a solid foundation for a career in IT within a dynamic property sector.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and provide user support for the Odoo ERP/CRM system.
• Manage daily IT operations including hardware, software, network devices and Microsoft 365 services.
• Assist with onboarding and setup of internal systems for new employees.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date system documentation and IT process records.
• Coordinate with external vendors when specialised support is required.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of IT experience or a relevant degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Odoo (any module) and a solid understanding of standard IT hardware and software.
• Familiarity with Windows environments, Microsoft 365 and basic networking concepts.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and good communication skills for supporting non‑technical users.
• Proactive, organised and reliable attitude.
