Product Owner

About the role

We are seeking a Product Owner to lead the roadmap and experimentation for a global social discovery platform used by millions. The role is remote‑first, based in the United Arab Emirates, and works within a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment collaborating with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Define objectives, KPIs, hypotheses and design A/B testing frameworks.
• Plan, coordinate and evaluate experiments using tools such as Optimizely, VWO or Google Optimize.
• Monitor product metrics, user behavior and performance trends to drive optimisation.
• Work closely with developers, designers, analysts and other stakeholders to deliver improvements.
• Research and adopt new tools, technologies and processes to enhance scalability.
• Align cross‑functional teams around priorities and communicate progress.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager with a strong track record in roadmap planning.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience analysing KPIs, product metrics and business performance.
• Hands‑on experience designing and executing A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of product analytics, unit economics and digital growth principles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams about web technologies and integrations.
