Product Owner – Banking Domain

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the vision and delivery of banking solutions. The role focuses on retail banking products and requires strong ownership of the product lifecycle from concept to rollout.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Own end‑to‑end product delivery, including backlog management and Agile ceremonies.
• Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and translate stakeholder needs into actionable user stories.
• Collaborate closely with architects, technical teams, and UX designers.
• Monitor product KPIs, assess business impact, and support user adoption.
• Conduct UAT, validate outcomes against expectations, and ensure successful product rollout.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of banking experience, preferably in retail banking.
• 5+ years of experience working as a Product Owner in a functional or techno‑functional capacity.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Hands‑on implementation experience and exposure to AI/Generative AI concepts.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to influence without direct project‑management responsibility.
