Environment Health & Safety Coordinator – UAE National

About the role

We are seeking a UAE National to coordinate and support the implementation of the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) program at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal. The role ensures a safe, healthy and environmentally responsible workplace for all staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine safety inspections and identify workplace hazards.
• Maintain EHS documentation, records and assist with incident reporting and investigations.
• Coordinate safety training, emergency preparedness, fire life‑safety and environmental initiatives.
• Monitor corrective actions and work with all departments to reduce risks.
• Report accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions and equipment concerns to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• UAE National.
• Full‑time availability.
• Ability to lift, carry or move objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
