ERP Supply Chain Senior Manager (Oracle Fusion)

About the role

Miral Experiences, a regional leader in managing and operating immersive attractions such as Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, Warner Bros. World, SeaWorld, CLYMB and TeamLab Phenomena in Abu Dhabi, is looking for an ERP Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Senior Manager. This is a hands-on functional leadership role focused on Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory, working with Procurement, Finance, Stores and Operations to deliver scalable solutions and support business transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, focusing on Procurement and Inventory
• Own functional solution design, configuration, fit-gap analysis, testing, data migration, cutover and go-live support
• Drive enhancements and process improvements across Procure-to-Pay and Inventory-to-Costing
• Provide functional leadership and production support across Oracle Fusion SCM
• Manage integrations with Finance, warehouse systems and third-party applications
• Partner with business stakeholders to turn requirements into scalable ERP solutions
• Manage system integrators, vendors and functional teams, and drive system stability, standardisation, automation and continuous improvement

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion SCM across implementation, enhancements and production support
• Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement and Inventory, including Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Supplier Portal, Inventory, Receipt Accounting and Cost Management
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and project management skills

Required skills

• Configuration, functional setups, solution design, UAT, data migration, cutover and go-live
• Understanding of P2P, Inventory-to-Costing and integrations with AP, GL and Costing
• OTBI / BI Publisher, BPM workflows, FBDI/ADFDI and Oracle Redwood
• Oracle Fusion Procurement certification
• An advantage: Oracle Fusion Finance Cloud, REST/SOAP integrations and complex multi-entity environments
