ESL Instructor – AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking an experienced ESL Instructor to join our AI training team. You will work remotely from the UAE, interacting with AI chatbots in both English and Arabic to assess their linguistic performance and help improve their conversational abilities.
Key responsibilities
- Engage in real‑time conversations with AI chatbots in English and Arabic to gauge progress.
- Create novel dialogue scripts that teach chatbots appropriate responses.
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI models and evaluate the quality of their outputs.
- Measure model performance, identify logical gaps, and suggest improvements.
Required profile
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
