Europe & META Visual Marketing Manager

About the role

Lenovo is seeking a dynamic leader to shape and execute its Visuals marketing strategy across Europe and the META region. Reporting to senior marketing leadership, you will drive integrated campaigns that connect with both consumer and commercial audiences, aligning with business growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the EMEA Visuals marketing strategy for Europe and META.
• Own end‑to‑end campaign planning, media strategy, and execution.
• Partner with country marketing teams to monitor performance, optimize spend, and measure ROI.
• Manage quarterly marketing investment planning, budget allocation, and alliance fund utilization.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, PR, Finance) and external agency partners.
• Collaborate with Visuals Business Unit leadership to align initiatives with market insights and strategic priorities.
• Share best practices across EMEA markets and scale successful approaches.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading visual or brand marketing programs in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
