Event Coordinator – Dynamic Fast‑Paced Role

About the role

Pixel One is seeking a dynamic, detail‑driven Event Coordinator to own each event project from brief to on‑site execution. You will work closely with design, production, suppliers and clients to deliver creative concepts on time, on budget and on brand.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse client briefs/RFPs, develop proposals that meet requirements and timelines.
• Source, negotiate and manage relationships with vendors such as AVL, staging, fabrication, F&B, venues and décor.
• Prepare and control event budgets, build detailed production timelines, run‑of‑shows and logistics plans.
• Act as the primary client‑facing contact throughout the project lifecycle and lead on‑site execution, coordinating crews, suppliers and schedules.
• Troubleshoot on‑site issues quickly and conduct post‑event wrap‑ups, budget reconciliation and supplier evaluations.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in event production within an agency or live‑events environment.
• Proven end‑to‑end event management track record and strong vendor network with solid negotiation skills.
• Excellent client‑facing, presentation and communication abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel for on‑site events.
