Event Project Manager – World Future Energy Summit

About the role

RX Global is seeking an Event Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of the World Future Energy Summit, a flagship global conference held in partnership with Masdar. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on execution to ensure the event meets its sustainability and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Event Director in implementing the event strategy and operational plan.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and executive‑level presentations.
• Lead project planning, tracking and coordination across all event workstreams.
• Manage relationships with government entities, partners and senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate licensing, permits and compliance requirements.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project and event risks, escalating issues as needed.
• Organise event meetings, action logs, timelines and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget and aligned with strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in event management, exhibitions or large‑scale conferences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management or a related field preferred.
• Experience working with government entities and senior stakeholders.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
