Events Community Manager MENA

About the role

Xsolla, a global commerce company that helps video game developers fund, distribute, market and monetize their games, is looking for a Dubai Events Community Manager for its Global Experiential Marketing team. The role is in-office at the Xsolla Club in Dubai and involves occasional regional travel for events. It sits alongside the Dubai events team, the Social Media Manager and Marketing colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the MENA community database of partners, developers and clients.
• Plan and deliver community-driven events to grow Xsolla Club membership and awareness.
• Manage guest lists, invitations and relationship tracking for invitation-only events and roundtables.
• Run community engagement activities around the DFGC/Xsolla events expo and other regional events.
• Work with Social Media and Marketing teams on community-focused content and campaigns, and draft copy for communications, invitations and follow-ups.
• Support event registration pages, including forms, copy and email templates.
• Liaise with event organizers and local partners to find community engagement opportunities.
• Maintain the event roadmap tracker and log creative briefs (Jira) until completion.
• Host on-site membership at the club, capture feedback and leads and hand them off to CRM and BD teams.
• Produce post-event community reports with engagement stats and relationship outcomes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience in community management, events or marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience managing relationships with external stakeholders or VIP/member communities.
• Preferred: experience in the video games, tech or software industry, and experience creating social or content campaigns.
• Preferred: Arabic language skills.

Required skills

• Project management tools such as Atlassian Suite, Jira, Asana, Monday.com and Google Workspace.
