About the role
The Events Coordinator supports the Sales & Marketing team at W Hotels Dubai by handling office duties, preparing sales documents, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients. This full‑time contract role ensures brand consistency and excellent guest service throughout the sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and copying to support the Sales & Marketing department.
- Prepare sales‑related documents, including proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders.
- Assemble information packages and promotional materials to promote brand awareness internally and externally.
- Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify sales data (commissions, leads, third‑party information) in the relevant software.
- Respond to guest inquiries about facilities, rates, packages, promotions, and special events via phone and email.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience in sales, events, or hospitality.
- No supervisory experience required.
