Events/Project Director – Luxury Brand Experiences

About the role

The agency seeks an Events/Project Director to lead end‑to‑end delivery of high‑profile luxury brand experiences across the UAE and the wider region. Reporting to senior leadership, you will own multiple simultaneous projects from concept through flawless on‑site execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead production of runway shows, brand activations, VIP experiences, product launches, store openings and private client events.
• Manage senior client relationships, acting as the primary contact from brief to debrief.
• Build, lead and motivate internal teams, freelancers and specialist suppliers across creative, technical, logistics and on‑site functions.
• Own project budgets ranging from AED hundreds of thousands to multi‑million dirham productions, ensuring financial rigour.
• Drive timelines, critical paths and risk management for concurrent projects.
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to balance quality and commercial outcomes.
• Travel regionally for site visits, rehearsals and event delivery.
• Mentor junior producers and coordinators.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of luxury event production experience with a strong portfolio in fashion, beauty, jewellery, hospitality or lifestyle.
• Proven track record directing large‑scale, complex productions in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Deep understanding of luxury execution standards and client expectations.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing significant budgets.
• Excellent senior‑level relationship management skills.
• Experience in the Middle East market, UAE experience strongly preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to work non‑standard hours around event schedules.
