EWM Super User (SAP EWM Specialist)

About the role

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management Specialist to join its distribution center operations team in Dubai. The role provides reliable system support, ensures robust application performance and keeps daily supply chain operations running smoothly. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Provide level 1 support, run system health checks and troubleshoot warehouse management system issues for the distribution center.
• Conduct user acceptance testing, regression testing, integration testing and hyper-care support for new project implementations and system updates.
• Develop and update training materials, provide standard operating procedures to the shop floor and help teammates with system functions and technical processes.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in systems, applications and products, specifically SAP EWM and warehouse management systems.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end customer implementations, manage stakeholders and act as the technical single point of contact for operational inquiries.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, logistics or an equivalent field.
