About the role
We are seeking a proactive Executive Assistant who is fluent in Arabic to provide high‑level administrative support to the Administration Department Manager, Chairperson and Executive Director. The role ensures smooth coordination of daily office activities and the handling of confidential matters.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver executive assistance to senior leaders, including calendar management, travel arrangements and meeting preparation.
- Coordinate office activities to maintain efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain accurate records.
Required profile
- Previous experience supporting senior management or executive offices.
- Highly organized, reliable and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Professional demeanor, discreet, and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office.
