About the role
PulseMediaNL is looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to support its leadership team remotely. You will play a pivotal role in keeping executive operations running smoothly in a fast‑paced, fully virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Handle email correspondence, schedule meetings and act as a communication liaison for leadership.
- Prepare reports, presentations, agendas and other business documents.
- Coordinate cross‑departmental meetings, follow‑ups and executive priorities.
- Track deadlines, action items and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records, confidential files and support process improvements.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in executive support or similar administrative roles.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
