About the role
The Executive Assistant will support Branding Bag Studio’s leadership by handling day‑to‑day administrative tasks in a remote, part‑time capacity. You will ensure smooth coordination of calendars, client communications, and production timelines while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate internal and client appointments.
- Organise digital files, track orders and prepare simple reports.
- Handle email correspondence and keep clients updated on project status.
- Assist with branding and production timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
Required profile
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining reliability and confidentiality.
- Interest in product branding, small‑business operations or fashion accessories is a plus.
