About the role

Quick Lease Car Rental LLC is looking for an Executive Assistant / Secretary to support the Group General Manager/Managing Director. The role involves comprehensive office‑administration, travel and visa coordination, and client liaison in a fast‑paced car‑rental environment.

Key responsibilities

Arrange travel, visas and handle PRO‑related tasks for the executive.
Manage office administration including scanning, filing, invoicing and data entry.
Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings and represent the executive in communications.
Receive, answer and direct all incoming calls and coordinate with clients as required.
Supervise, train and oversee clerical and office assistants.
Organise office documentation such as DEWA, Etisalat/Du and rental agreements.

Required profile

2–5 years of relevant experience in executive support or secretarial roles.
Excellent English communication skills.
Highly organized, professional and able to manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

Proficient use of MS Office applications.
Accurate data‑entry capabilities.
