About the role

The Executive Butler will be the primary point of contact for discerning guests staying at The Luxury Collection in Dubai, ensuring every aspect of their stay is seamless and memorable. Working closely with the Guest Experience team, you will anticipate needs, coordinate services, and uphold the brand’s standards of luxury hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, providing personalized assistance throughout their stay.
• Coordinate in‑room amenities, transportation, and special requests promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and service deliveries.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure flawless execution.
• Uphold safety, confidentiality, and brand presentation standards at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional appearance.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy for logging service requests.
