Executive Director – Strategy & Insights

About the role

The Executive Director – Strategy & Insights will lead the organisation’s data‑driven strategy function, ensuring that insights are tightly aligned with business priorities. Reporting to the senior executive team, this role will shape long‑term value creation and guide transformational initiatives across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define and steer enterprise‑wide strategy, objectives and operating plans.
• Drive performance management, cross‑functional integration and continuous improvement programmes.
• Develop and embed enterprise data analytics frameworks to support strategic decision‑making.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership.
• Build, mentor and lead high‑performing strategy and analytics teams.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Proven track record in leading transformation and delivering data‑driven outcomes.
• Experience operating in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Strategic thinker with a commercial, data‑focused mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
