Executive – Field Sales (2PL)

About the role

The Executive – Field Sales (2PL) will drive growth for DP World’s 2PL solutions, including Container Freight Station (CFS), Dry Port and Freight Management Services. The role focuses on lead generation, customer relationship building and converting opportunities into profitable business.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the sales strategy for CFS, Dry Port and Freight Management solutions.
• Identify and qualify prospects such as shipping lines, NVOCCs, freight forwarders and logistics providers.
• Maintain a personal sales pipeline and achieve activity, revenue and profitability targets.
• Conduct customer visits, prepare proposals and quotations, and follow opportunities through to closure.
• Manage assigned accounts, seeking retention, cross‑selling and revenue growth.
• Record all customer, opportunity and activity data in the CRM system.
• Support sales forecasts, pipeline reports and market updates.
• Collaborate with pricing, operations, finance and other teams to design competitive solutions.
• Assist with customer onboarding and address service or commercial issues.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends, reporting insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales, business‑development or account‑management experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding or supply‑chain services.
• Working knowledge of 2PL logistics, including freight management, CFS operations and dry ports.
• Proven ability in lead generation, customer relationship management and pipeline maintenance.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation capabilities.
• Customer‑focused, proactive and results‑oriented.
