About the role

The Executive, Learning & Development will join the One&Only L&D team at the Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai. You will be responsible for designing, delivering and managing training programs that support both individual growth and the resort’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, facilitating and administering pre‑opening training plans for the brand.
• Schedule and deliver training programs at resort and departmental levels.
• Support the administration of e‑learning initiatives and the brand’s Learning Management System.
• Conduct Training Needs Analyses and develop appropriate learning solutions.
• Prepare training handouts, support materials and ensure accurate training records.
• Gather and act on feedback from training sessions.
• Utilise Development Plans from performance appraisals to align individual and organisational goals.
• Liaise with external institutions for nominated external programs.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Cluster Learning and Development Manager.

Required skills
