Executive - Leasing

About the role

The Executive – Leasing will drive revenue and occupancy targets for Al Ghurair Giga’s residential portfolio. You will act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, ensuring they understand the benefits of renting from AGP and complying with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual revenue and occupancy targets as defined by management.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of unit and building specifications across the AGP residential portfolio.
• Brief prospective tenants on building guidelines and the company’s KYC procedures.
• Build and sustain effective networks with potential tenants.
• Follow the company’s SOP and KYC processes, keeping tenants informed throughout the leasing cycle.
• Prepare periodic market reports on competitor offerings and pricing for senior management.
• Assist senior management with reporting and other leasing‑related tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant certification courses in real‑estate specialties such as negotiation and RERA.
• Minimum of one month of leasing experience.
