Executive & Personal Assistant to CEO

About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive & Personal Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer. The role blends personal assistance with administrative duties, allowing the CEO to focus on strategic priorities while day‑to‑day tasks are expertly managed.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendar, appointments and scheduling for the CEO
- Organise travel arrangements, including flights, hotels and itineraries
- Book restaurants, activities and personal appointments
- Coordinate household services and local providers
- Handle personal errands and administrative tasks
- Maintain reminders for important dates, renewals and commitments
- Organise documents, files and records
- Coordinate payments, invoices and recurring expenses
- Follow up with service providers, accountants, banks and external partners
- Assist with basic business administration and keep information accessible
- Prepare meeting summaries, notes and follow‑ups
- Prioritise tasks and deadlines, acting as a point of contact when appropriate
- Conduct research and support problem‑solving initiatives
Required profile
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Based in Dubai; UAE visa preferred but sponsorship possible for the right candidate
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Highly proactive, resourceful and comfortable handling confidential information
