Executive - Retail Sales

About the role

The Executive – Retail Sales will drive vehicle sales and profitability for Al Ghurair Giga, handling the complete sales cycle from enquiry to delivery. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and satisfying purchase experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve targeted retail vehicle sales and profitability, including finance and insurance accessories.
• Manage the full sales process, from initial enquiry to vehicle release, using the dealer management system.
• Record and track all customer enquiries with proactive follow‑ups.
• Ensure funds and approvals (cash, finance, trade‑in) are cleared before vehicle release.
• Maintain showroom standards and adhere to HSSE and legal compliance.
• Handle vehicle registration according to each Emirate’s requirements.
• Build and sustain strong professional relationships to drive customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with sales support, finance, after‑sales, and other internal teams.

Required profile

• Diploma in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in car sales.
• Strong negotiating skills, especially with finance and trade‑in deals.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, hands‑on work ethic.
• Culturally aware and able to work effectively in a diverse environment.
