Executive Search Consultant – Senior Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Search Consultant to manage the end‑to‑end senior‑level recruitment lifecycle for our clients in the United Arab Emirates. The role partners directly with corporate boards and C‑suite executives to source, evaluate, and place top‑tier leadership talent while driving client acquisition and strategic business development.

Key responsibilities

• Client Partnership: Meet with stakeholders to define role criteria, organisational culture and strategic objectives.
• Search Strategy & Mapping: Design market‑mapping initiatives and targeted search strategies with a research‑first mindset.
• Talent Acquisition: Source, approach and vet senior candidates through competency‑based and behavioural interviews.
• Candidate Presentation: Deliver detailed assessment profiles and shortlists to client decision‑makers.
• Business Development: Cultivate long‑term client relationships, identify new revenue streams and pitch executive‑search retainers.

Required profile

• 4 to 8+ years of experience in executive search, corporate talent acquisition or specialised management consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of corporate structures, industry dynamics and talent market trends.
• At least one sector specialization relevant to the client base.
• Hands‑on experience with leading ATS, CRM and ERP platforms, particularly for AI and automation touch‑points.
• Ability to integrate digital‑marketing activities such as content creation, campaigns and leadership podcasts.
