Executive Search Recruiter

About the role

The Executive Search Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for senior and executive positions within Facilities Management and related sectors. You will partner with business leaders to build talent pipelines and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute targeted search strategies for mid‑senior to executive roles, using LinkedIn Recruiter, industry databases and professional networks.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor benchmarking and talent market analysis to inform hiring decisions and succession planning.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, facilitate competency‑based interviews and present shortlisted candidates with detailed evaluation reports.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS, produce hiring analytics, executive hiring dashboards and track KPIs such as time‑to‑fill and offer acceptance ratio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of recruitment experience, including at least 3 years in executive search or leadership hiring.
• Proven track record of placing senior management and specialist roles within Facilities Management, Engineering Services, Property Management or related sectors.
• Professional certification in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition is preferred; LinkedIn Recruiter certification is an advantage.
