About the role

We are looking for an Exhibition Sales Manager to lead all sales activities for our portfolio of exhibitions in Dubai. The role will drive exhibitor acquisition, sponsorship deals and revenue growth while ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract and retain exhibitors across multiple shows.
  • Generate leads, prepare proposals and negotiate sponsorship agreements.
  • Manage relationships with existing and prospective exhibitors, ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to guarantee flawless event execution.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed defined sales targets and revenue goals.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in sales, business development and client account management, preferably within the exhibitions or events sector.
  • Strong background in event management, exhibition planning and relationship management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market trends into actionable plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales‑lead tracking software.
