Experienced Ceramic & Tile Fixer – Dubai

About the role

The company is seeking skilled Ceramic / Tile Fixers to work on-site in Dubai. You will be responsible for installing a variety of tiles on floors, walls and other surfaces, ensuring high‑quality finishes that meet project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and level surfaces, mix and apply adhesives or mortar, and cut tiles to size.
• Lay tiles according to drawings, align patterns, grout joints and finish surfaces.
• Read and follow technical plans, coordinate with site supervisors and other trades.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working order and adhere to site safety procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ceramic, porcelain, marble and other tile installations on residential or commercial projects.
• Ability to work independently, deliver high daily output and meet quality standards under time constraints.
• Familiarity with Dubai or Gulf‑region building standards is an advantage.

Required skills

• Surface preparation and leveling.
• Mixing and applying adhesives/mortar.
• Tile cutting using cutters, grinders and related tools.
• Reading basic drawings and layout plans.
• Use of trowels, levels and other tiling equipment.
