About the role
We are seeking an Experienced Construction Manager to join Graviton Interiors in Dubai. The role involves leading construction activities for our projects, ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all construction activities on assigned projects.
- Plan, develop, and organize construction efforts to achieve cost‑effective and timely completion.
- Monitor daily work progress, allocate resources, and align with the project schedule.
- Define team roles, set daily targets, and ensure deliverables are met.
- Enforce QHSE standards and maintain a safe working environment on site.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in the GCC.
Required skills
- Oil and gas construction experience.
- On‑shore construction in remote areas.
- Knowledge of construction nomenclature, means and methods.
- Understanding of various building types.
- Compliance with QHSE standards.
