Experienced Senior Telesales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a confident, results‑driven Senior Telesales Executive to join our expanding real‑estate team in Dubai. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, setting appointments and supporting the sales pipeline through high‑volume outbound calling.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150–200 connected outbound calls daily to prospects and existing contacts.
• Qualify leads, understand client requirements and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with buyers, sellers, investors and prospective customers.
• Invite clients to property launches, exhibitions, open houses and company events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and detailed call notes.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly call and appointment targets.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of telesales experience in the real‑estate sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and appointment‑setting targets.
• Excellent English communication, negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and target‑driven.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
