About the role

GEMS Founders School in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, is seeking enthusiastic EYFS Teachers to join the team from August 2026. This role offers the chance to work in a British Schools Overseas accredited environment, delivering high‑quality early years education to a diverse international community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS curriculum across all learning areas.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing tailored feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best teaching practices.
• Engage with parents and guardians to support children’s development.
• Participate actively in extra‑curricular and community‑based events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Early Education or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching primary or early years students.
• Creative, enthusiastic approach both inside and outside the classroom.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork and parent interaction.
• Demonstrated record of outstanding teaching and learning outcomes.
• Commitment to contributing positively to school culture.
