Façade Designer - Fabrication Drawings

About the role

We are seeking a Façade Designer specialized in aluminium and glazing fabrication drawings to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The role focuses on converting approved shop drawings into precise, production‑ready fabrication information and collaborating closely with production, procurement and site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed aluminium and glazing fabrication drawings for curtain walls, windows, doors, louvers and related façade systems.
• Generate cutting lists, Bills of Materials (BOM) and material take‑offs.
• Review approved shop drawings, identify discrepancies and ensure all technical details are complete before production.
• Coordinate with Production, Projects, Procurement, Estimation and Site teams to align drawings with project requirements.
• Update drawings based on revisions and site feedback while maintaining proper revision control.
• Provide technical clarification to the fabrication team as needed.

Required profile

• Strong practical experience in façade fabrication drawing preparation.
• Background in aluminium, glass or façade contracting.
• Good knowledge of curtain‑wall systems, aluminium windows, doors and louvers.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
• Immediate availability preferred, with a maximum notice period of one week.
