Facilitator – Center of Excellence (Onboarding Team)

About the role

We are seeking a Facilitator – Center of Excellence to join our Onboarding Team in Dubai. The role will design and deliver engaging learning experiences, assess employee competency, and ensure English language proficiency standards across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training programs using role‑plays, simulations, group discussions, videos and presentations.
• Maintain clean, safe, and conducive classroom environments.
• Document suggestions for course improvements and keep training material current.
• Prepare, conduct, and assess learning programmes according to defined learning plans and COE processes.
• Assist with Learning Needs Analysis as a subject‑matter expert.
• Create practical activities, visual materials and learning aids.
• Update attendance, assessment and evaluation records in TR360 after each session.
• Monitor and evaluate learning effectiveness, ROI and compliance with quality, health, safety and legal requirements.
• Provide assessments of course resources and report findings to Centre of Excellence specialists.

• Strong commitment to confidentiality and compliance with assessment procedures.
• Ability to manage and improve training programmes to enhance participant satisfaction.
• Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and reporting.
