Facilities Foreman

About the role

The Facilities Foreman will support Project Managers in delivering multiple ongoing projects across the Al Ghurair Giga portfolio. The role ensures that project plans, schedules, budgets and stakeholder expectations are aligned and met on time.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and update project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
• Organise, attend and facilitate stakeholder meetings, preparing presentation materials and distributing minutes.
• Develop and implement project strategies, ensuring adherence to frameworks and proper documentation.
• Assess project risks and issues, proposing corrective actions.
• Create and maintain a project‑management calendar to track goals and objectives.
• Identify operational problems and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum five years of experience in project coordination or foremanship, preferably within the UAE or Gulf region.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience delivering training and managing cross‑functional teams.
