Facilities Management Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Facilities Management Procurement Specialist will lead end‑to‑end sourcing of FM services, materials, and contracts within a hospital environment. The role ensures cost‑effective procurement while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and uninterrupted operations.

Key responsibilities

• Source and procure FM services such as MEP, HVAC, soft services, waste management, utilities, and AMC.
• Prepare RFQs/RFPs, evaluate bids, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
• Monitor vendor performance, manage SLAs, KPIs, and contract renewals.
• Maintain inventory levels for consumables, tools, and spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with DHA, DOH, MOHAP regulations and safety standards.
• Keep procurement records, reports, and audit‑ready documentation.
• Support FM, engineering, and clinical teams with timely procurement needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of procurement experience in healthcare or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of FM categories and AMC management.
• Professional certification such as CIPS or CPSM preferred.
