Facilities Services Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Facilities Services Supervisor to lead a technical team in delivering high‑quality facility services, ensuring compliance with client requirements, budgets, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure operational procedures, policies and standards are followed and take corrective actions when needed.
• Provide technical supervision to guarantee tasks meet required standards.
• Implement and monitor Health and Safety procedures on site.
• Identify site risks and report them to the EHS team.
• Coordinate site teams to meet client expectations for service coverage and quality.
• Evaluate team performance and identify development areas.
• Recommend technical support and maintenance solutions to the Facilities Manager.
• Consolidate service and technical reports for property status updates.
• Maintain and update technical documentation for reliable site information.
• Suggest improvements to HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems to enhance service level and efficiency.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Oversee contractor work quality and timing.

Required profile

• Engineering degree, preferably Mechanical or Electrical.
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in a team focused on quality, delivery, budgeting and service responsibility.
• Knowledge of building technical installations and health & safety regulations and standards.
