Facility Engineer – Entry Level (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The Facility Engineer will ensure that residential and retail units are inspected, maintained, and handed over to tenants at the highest quality standards. This entry‑level position is open to UAE nationals with a fresh graduate degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect apartments at lease end, evaluate condition, and define scope of works for restoration.
• Coordinate with service providers to negotiate pricing, monitor PPM activities, and verify compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Analyze weekly utility consumption, identify variations, and recommend energy‑saving initiatives.
• Maintain statutory certificates, ensure validity, and manage renewals.
• Attend testing & commissioning events, manage snag resolution during the DLP period, and support fit‑out works for retail units.
• Monitor building cleanliness, security services, and incident reporting for insurance claims.

Required profile

• UAE national with a valid Family Book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Available for immediate joining.
• Open to fresh graduates (no prior experience required).
