Construction Supervisor – Pipeline (ADNOC Onshore)

About the role

Wood is recruiting an experienced Construction Supervisor – Pipeline to lead on‑site activities for an ADNOC on‑shore project in Abu Dhabi. The role acts as the PMC representative, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant execution of pipeline installation, testing, commissioning and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all pipeline construction works performed by EPC contractors.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, HSE requirements and quality procedures.
• Manage schedules and approve progress to meet approved timelines.
• Oversee pipeline installation, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Act as the primary PMC liaison on‑site, coordinating with client and contractor teams.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in oil and gas pipeline construction, preferably on ADNOC on‑shore projects.
• Proven ability to supervise EPC contractors and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and project management processes.
