About the role
Nabih Elias Azzam Engineering Services L.L.C (NEA) is hiring a permanent, full-time Facility Manager for its Dubai office. The role centres on residential property maintenance, inspections, snagging, defect assessment and handover procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Manage unit maintenance, repairs and contractor coordination
- Carry out quality inspections and defect assessments
- Handle snagging and handover procedures
- Ensure compliance with UAE building standards
- Deliver cost-efficient operations and maintain high tenant satisfaction
Required profile
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 10 years in Dubai
- Degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Civil Engineering, Building Services or a related field
- Immediate availability
